● Gathering Client requirements over calls & in-person meetings
● Documenting the requirements in a structured format.
● Prepare visual diagrams & wire-frames for ease of understanding.
● Offer advice / suggestions to customers from technical and functional aspects.
● Knowledge of Scrum Agile Methodology (Added Advantage)
● Experience of Ecommerce Industry.
● Familiar with Magento, ERP System (Added Advantage)
● Prepare standard collateral for case studies, application manuals, demonstration scripts.
● Results oriented – Strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance.
● Need to be from an IT background.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Helping Sales team for Pre-sales Call
● Good expertise over UML, Flow Charts, Process flow diagrams, wire-framing tools, office tools (Word / Excel / Power-point)
● In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life-cycle and concepts of software engineering.
